With 30+ years of business and leadership experience in the financial services industry, he is an expert in global financial markets and financial IT. He has been successful at implementing new ways to achieve growth and improve products, processes and services while building highly effective and successful global management teams.

Paul Stringer serves as Arcus Partners' chief operating officer (COO). He is a seasoned, senior executive with 30+ years of expertise in financial services technology and a diverse IT background leading world-class technology and service teams. He has overseen the global operations for multiple financial service organizations and has continually implemented the latest technologies to solve business problems.
Saurabh Bhole
CTO & Partner
Saurabh Bhole serves as Arcus Partners' Chief Technical Officer. With 17 years of experience in financial services technology, he helps shape the Finity360 product priorities and regularly evangelizes his vision to customers and prospects as one of Arcus Partners' thought-leading technical experts. He has conceptualized, strategized, architected, and implemented several enterprise and web applications used widely in the financial services industry today. Saurabh is also 4x Salesforce certified with deep knowledge of Salesforce and related cloud technologies.
Eric Peters
Chief Revenue Officer
Eric Peters serves as Arcus Partners’ Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 20 years of enterprise sales leadership across wealth management technology. He joins from Docupace, following senior roles at Practifi, InvestCloud/Tegra118, and Fiserv Investment Services. Earlier in his career he spent nearly a decade at PriceMetrix (later acquired by McKinsey & Company), where he was the top-producing salesperson for eight consecutive years. Eric leads Arcus Partners’ revenue strategy and the continued growth of Arcus Edge™ across the market.
David Richards
Director of IT
David Richards has served as Director of IT at Arcus Partners for seven years, with over a decade of experience managing digital services such as email, web support, and application integration. He led the successful migration of the firm’s legacy client-server system to a cloud-based solution using AWS S3, and continues to support users, enhance cloud applications, and drive the adoption of new features and tools across the organization.
